The Omni proudly offers a variety of group fitness classes for everyone! Challenging yet fun, these classes provide a great alternative to individual exercise. So bring a friend and try something new. Our enthusiastic instructors will keep you motivated and coming back for more!

Aqua Kickboxing

Ever heard of kickboxing in the water? The Omni is proud to announce our first Aqua Kickboxing class. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels, this class is based on kickboxing drills, jabs, hooks, front kicks, side kicks and more! Come and join the fun!

Ballistic Body

Plyometric training fused with total body weight training. This class gets your heart pounding, your muscles pumping and the fat falling off! Improves cardio-respiratory and muscular endurance. An explosive challenge for men and women of all fitness levels.

Boot Camp

Basic training re-invented! The ultimate boot camp class challenging participants with athletic drills, body weight strength exercises, power moves, resistance training and jump rope intervals! Guaranteed to challenge you!

Buff & Tuff

A one hour body weight training class targeting every muscle fiber! Benches, exercise balls, dumbbells, bars, kettle bells, medicine balls and more are used in this class. No rest allowed! Class members describe it as "weight-training cardio". It is the ultimate total body workout in one hour! (Advanced...but you've got to try it!)

Easy Flow Yoga

This is a gentle class, suitable for those taking up yoga for the first time or the more advanced students. The class will develop mind, body and breathe awareness, through a series of gentle stretches while seated, standing, or in prone positions. Yoga promotes the health of all body systems and increases balance, strength and flexibility; it also provides relaxation and focus, leaving one feeling refreshed and renewed.

Explosive Training

Develops your core, endurance, strength, speed and agility. The class will help increase one's energy level and you will sweat! A one hour high energy circuit training.

Extreme Kickboxing

The ultimate cardio workout! Taught by a martial arts instructor, this class is one hour of heart-pounding, sweat-dripping, can't catch your breath intervals of karate kickboxing in the martial art of Kenpo. Kickboxing bags are used as are a variety of punches, kicks and combos. No experience is necessary...you will learn everything you need to know in this class! Kickboxing gloves are recommended. Bring water! (Advanced...but you've got to try it!)

Extreme Step

A high intensity, fast-paced cardio workout using the step bench, free weights and an exercise ball. This one hour class will take you through a variety of intervals and speeds, pushing you to your limit. No fancy choreography...just hard core steppin'! (Advanced...but you've got to try it!)

Flow Yoga

If you like a challenge but within your individual need this is the class for you! You will flow into a series of postures using your breath at a steady but calm pace. Thru these movements you will promote the strengthening of the muscles and joints of the body in a kinder and gentler way, along with gaining flexibility, focus and balance of the mind, body and breathe creating an overall tranquility.

Pilates

Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1880's, pilates is highly recommended by doctors to align the spine. We focus on the "core" to tap into your body's source of strength. For all ages and fitness levels.

Power Intervals

Challenging interval class alternating bouts of cardio with resistance training, hitting every muscle group including your heart! Step benches, dumbbells, barbells and balls are used in this class. Total body blast!

Senior Fit

Cardio at your fitness level with light weights and bands. Developed for people with specific needs, but all ages and all fitness levels are welcome.

Spinning

This class is "geared" towards athletes, fitness enthusiasts and anyone who wants to get a great workout while having a lot of fun. It is a low-impact, fast-paced group cycle class that effectively tones the upper and lower body while building endurance and cardiovascular efficiency. Although the class and the music are high-energy and intense, new-comers can easily pace themselves. Bring water, a towel and a smile!

Step & Sculpt

An hour long step aerobics class that is geared towards increasing your strength and endurance. Easily adaptable to all fitness levels and easy to follows. Free weights and bars are used.

TNT Kettlebells — There's No Tomorrow

Kettlebells, which look like a cannonballs with suitcase handles, date back to 18th century Russia, where they were used as training tool by strong men and members of the Russian military. Kettlebell training provides an optimal form of exercise that will challenge cardiovascular endurance along with building strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. It is geared toward those that want a high intensity workout in a short amount of time. This workout burns fat rapidly and works all of the major muscle groups.

Turbo Kick

Turbo Kick is an addictive, fun-filled workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, yoga and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. It is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to custom tailor their workout. Each class is more fun, exciting and effective than the last!

Water & Weights

A water aerobics class designed for all ages and all fitness levels. Aerobics in the water adds no stress to the knees, hips or back. Using equipment like water weights, noodles and bands makes this class challenging and fun.

Yoga Express

A combination of yoga and pilates that focuses on developing core strength and flexibility by using a full range of motion to expand the elasticity of your muscles. A unique thirty minute class that is suitable for all levels of skill and experience. Benefits include increased energy, better toning and balance, along with an improved mental attitude and sharper focus.

Zumba

A Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements for a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness exercise! A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic fashion. The steps are easy to follow and work your gluteals, legs, arms, core, abdominals and heart!
